Why you want to be represented by

Pamela Z. Hill-Keeva
Specializing in waterfront and view properties island wide

After 20 years in California, Pamela left the sun, palm trees and traffic behind to start a new life on Whidbey Island. She left a successful real estate business and client base specializing in waterfront and view homes from Newport Beach to San Clemente.

"The climate, quality of life, tranquility and beauty of the island is what brought me here. I then took a year off to build my waterfront home in the construction style I call 'the Zen of light-industrial'."

After working for a nationally known franchise, Pamela left the corporate stranglehold to open her own brokerage.

"I feel I can do what's best for my clients on an individual basis, not by what an indifferent corporate 'one size fits all' policy manual dictates."

When Pamela is not doing real estate, (which is hardly ever) she relaxes at home with her beloved children 'Bear and Nickie', enjoys walking the beach and forest trails, fine dining with friends, touring art galleries, attending festivals and local events.
